The Toys Room (2004)

The Toys Room (La stanza dei giocattoli in Italy, 장난감 방 in South Korea) is a 2004 South Korean-American computer-animated film. It was widely criticized for borrowing heavily from two films such as Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 1 and 2 (and at one point, a reference to Scooby-Doo! Return to Zombie Island, Monsters University and The Simpsons Movie), and despite the talented actors and comedians involved in the voiceover work, was a box-office bomb. Despite being produced in Rough Draft Korea, the movie did receive a theatrical release in the United States, where it was released directly to DVD in 2006.

The Penguin and Me (2006)

The Penguin and Me (Pingviini ja jäljitelmä in Finland and 펭귄과 나 in South Korea) is a 2006 Finnish/South Korean-American computer-animated film. It was widely criticized for borrowing heavily from the children's book such as Penguin and Me by Angela Muss (and at one landmark, a reference to Batman and Mr. Freeze: SubZero, The Karate Kid, The Emperor's Secret, Rio, and Curious George), and despite the talented actors and comedians involved in the voiceover work, was a box-office bomb. Despite being produced in Rough Draft Korea, the movie did receive a theatrical release in the United States, where it was released directly to DVD in 2006.
