Benjamin Cheong is an actor man with navy blue and black loose hair and black eyes. He bears a thick black small beard. For attire, he is usually seen wearing a black trench coat, black trousers, black shoes, black gloves, and black sunglasses. He bears an uncanny resemblance to Ben Ravencroft from Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost.

De férias em Tóquio para visitar seus avós, Ashley traz consigo uma dúzia de seus brinquedos favoritos. No aeroporto, no entanto, sua bagagem contendo seus brinquedos é acidentalmente deixada para trás. Perdidos no aeroporto, os brinquedos devem encontrar sua saída, acabando logo nas ruas de Tóquio e em um museu de brinquedos onde Pino, Tupelo e Gromit são forçados ao cativeiro atrás de uma vitrine. Pino, Capitão Félix e o resto da turma embarcam em uma viagem de carro com Ashley e um novo brinquedo chamado Garfo. A viagem aventureira se transforma em uma reunião inesperada enquanto o leve desvio de Pino o leva até sua amiga muito perdida Valentina. Enquanto Pino e a Valentina discutem os velhos tempos, eles logo começam a perceber que eles são dois mundos separados quando se trata do que eles querem da vida como um brinquedo.

Em férias de Natal, Pino e a turma acabam na ilha de brinquedos desajustados depois que eles caem de seu avião. Lá eles são cumprimentados pelo Rei Azulador e os outros brinquedos desajustados que os convidam a ficar. Logo eles encontram uma porta misteriosa para um quarto com um novo Comodoro 64 e contagem regressiva relógio. Na música, os brinquedos desajustados explicar que o relógio conta até ao Natal ou o fim do mundo e que eles nunca experimentaram o Natal como eles redefinir o contador em 24 de dezembro. Sabendo o que vai acontecer, Pino sugere que os desajustados permitem que o contador chegue aos 25. Eles seguem o conselho de Pino e quando o dia chega, o Papai Noel aparece, oferecendo-se para dar os brinquedos para novas casas. De repente, aparece Yukon Cornélios com um grande monstro de neve chamado Bumble, que insiste que a criatura é inofensiva, mas come o Papai Noel de qualquer maneira e Cornélios restabelece o contador para a data do próximo movimento intestinal da criatura.

É o aniversário do homem de 24 anos e todos os brinquedos estão preocupados com o fato de ele receber um novo brinquedo que ele vai gostar muito mais do que os outros brinquedos.  Quando o homem chega da comunidade, eles liderados pelo um novo boneco - Pino, eles recebem seu presente, Capitão Félix, o boneco de um capitão especial da América, que logo passa a receber mais atenção do homem. Com ciúmes, Pino tenta ensiná-lo uma lição mas Félix cai pela janela. Um dos novos brinquedos acha que o garoto não gosta mais dele, foge e ser sequestrado por um colecionador que pretende vendê-lo a um museu japonês durante a noite. Na casa do sequestrador, Pino descobre que, no passado, foi protagonista de um famoso seriado de TV e por isso é um brinquedo muito valioso. De manhã, os outros brinquedos vão procurá-lo, ele conhece os demais integrantes de sua coleção e, enquanto isso, os demais brinquedos, liderados por Félix, eles serão reunidos na parte em uma atrapalhada operação de resgate.

The Toys Room 4

On a vacation to Tokyo to visit her grandparents, Ashley brings along with her a dozen of her favorite toys. At the airport, however, her luggage containing her toys is accidentally left behind. Lost in the airport, the toys must find their way out, soon ending up on the streets of Tokyo and a toy museum where Pino, Tupelo, and Gromit are forced into captivity behind a glass display. It is up to the other toys to free their friends and find their way back to Ashley before it's too late.

Pino, Captain Felix and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Ashley and a new toy named Forky. The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Pino's slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Valentine. As Pino and Valentine discuss the old days, they soon start to realize that they're two worlds apart when it comes to what they want from life as a toy.

The Toys Room 2

On a Christmas vacation, Pino and the gang end up on the island of misfit toys after they fall out of their plane. There they are greeted by King Blueracer and the other misfit toys who invite them to stay. Soon they find a mysterious door to a room with an old Commodore 64 and countdown clock. In the song, the misfit toys explain that the clock counts down to either to Christmas or the end of the world and that they've never experienced Christmas as they reset the counter on December 24. Knowing what will happen, Pino suggests that the misfits allow the counter to reach the 25. They follow Pino's advice and when the day arrives, Santa appears, offering to give the toys to new homes. Suddenly, Yukon Cornelius appears with a large snow monster called a Bumble, who insists that the creature is harmless, but it eats Santa anyway and Cornelius resets the counter to the date of the creature's next bowel movement.

It is the 24-year-old man's birthday and all the toys are worried about the fact that he gets a new toy that he will like much more than the other toys. When the man arrives from the community, they are led by a new doll - Pino, they receive their gift, Captain Felix, the doll of a special captain of America, who soon receives more attention from the man. Jealous, Pino tries to teach him a lesson but Felix falls out the window. One of the new toys thinks that the boy doesn't like him anymore, runs away and is kidnapped by a collector who intends to sell him to a Japanese museum during the night. At the penthouse, he discovers that, in the past, he was the star of a famous TV series and is, therefore, a very valuable toy. During the morning, the other toys will look for him, he meets the other members of his collection and, in the meantime, the other toys, led by Felix, will be gathered in part in a controlled and clumsy rescue operation.
